How fast do you provide quotes?
During normal business hours, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, we normally provide quotes within 5-45 minutes. However, sometimes, if the board is complex, we like to send it to our CAM department to verify that we can build the board properly, which adds some time to the process. If you submit your info after hours, one of our sales professionals will provide you with a quote the next business day.
How fast can you manufacture my PCBs?
We have a 24 hour turnaround time for some PCB requirements. Please submit your Gerber files or contact us to learn more about our expedited PCB services.
What file format do you accept for quoting?
You can use any PCB design software that you want, however, it needs to be able to export Gerber RS-274X and NC Drill files. Please .zip all of your files together (include readme).
Do you ship PCBs internationally?
Yes, we have many customers from around the world that rely on Custom Circuit Boards to manufacture their PCBs.
What if I don't have any Gerber files?
We do have the capabilites to transfer your drawings, a schematic, or sample bareboard into a design file that we can use for PCB fabrication.
Do you repair broken circuit boards?
No, we don't repair printed circuit boards from TVs or other electronics. We can't reproduce a circuit board that has already been populated with components. Please contact the manufacturer who made the part.
Do you test all of your boards?
Yes, we test all of the boards before they are completed and shipped to ensure quality.
Do you manufacture Flex and Rigid-Flex PCBs?
No, we do not currently have the capabilites to manufacturer flex and rigid-flex PCBs, but we encourage you to contact Flex PCB.
Do you manufacture HDI (high density interconnect) PCBs?
No, Custom Circuit Boards doesn't currently manufacture HDI pcbs.
Who is your preferred shipping company?
UPS is a our preferred shipping company. However, we can still ship FedEx and DHL if needed by the customer. Customers can also pick up their boards from will call, however, please let your sales person know a head of time.
