ITAR PCB Fabrication

We are an ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliant and registered PCB manufacturer that you can rely for your quickturn supply chain. We routinely produce up to 24 layer multilayer PCBs built to Class 3 and military specs that are on exotic materials and finishes. The NAWC Weapons Division and numerous other military and military subcontractors rely on us to manufacture high density, high layer count boards with controlled impedances, and blind and buried vias. We stock laminates such as Roger materials and other hybrid combinations.

Standard lead times

Our standard prototype PCB lead time is 10 days, however, depending on the complexity of the boards and quantity, it could be longer. We also have 24 hour, 2 day, 3 day, 5 day and 10 day turnaround times available.

Quick turn lead times

For single and two-layer prototype boards, we can provide 24 hour turn around times. For multilayer PCBs, the fastest turnaround time depends on the number of layers and quantity.

Please submit your Gerber files through our online quote form and we will include the available lead times in our quote.

Deadline

For 24 hour turnarounds, please make sure that you get the final files to us before 9am Arizona time. For other lead times, please get the final files to us before 12pm Arizona time. It is recommended to give your sales representative a call to confirm that everything is on track.
